Despite saving my project, I was required to re-create it several times because making a change produced other undesired results. Additionally, when trying to delete clipart, the web application would not delete the item when the "Delete" button was selected. Despite this slight annoyance, the final product turned out perfect.

Great job on the Plaque. Really nice gift. My suggestion, dont use USPS for free delivery. Free is great, but delivery is always a no show, always late. Give your customer the option to ship UPS even if there is a charge. Love your product.

Nice choices, but I was not able to make changes to the font. To do so myself was a little complicated. The process should be much easier. Don't know how I was having technical difficulties. Other than that, the process was a breeze. The service is respectful and prompt.

Thank you for the opportunity. I feel that I was blessed in being able to find you all to make this plaque for me. this was a very special event at work where the child was born and was not expected to live. After numerous surgeries and the recommendation for the heart transplant, the child was able to have a different surgery which helped to save her life. She and her parents are now doing very well and happy. We thank God that she did not need a heart transplant. She is blessed with so many loving friends and family that finding a unique gift was difficult. When I thought about this and searched for the perfect plaque, I am happy that I was able to connect with you. Thank you so much. This gift means so much to us and the family. I ordered this plaque for a banquet award and was very pleased with the ordering process, price and quick delivery. The plaque looked even better in person and I was thankful they could use our company logo and artwork. I will definitely be a returning customer for future awards. The only reason I rated this product a 4 was because of the black base, which seems a little too small/unsteady for the plaque. Overall, a great plaque! Thank you!
