The plate was printed and cut exactly as expected. I requested that the plate come detached with tape and got exactly what I asked for. I painted the frame and it was a great birthday gift. Thanks for making it happen!

I liked the variety of boards you offered and the preview feature. Please let me know if you need a different version. I created the jpg in Illustrator and converted to png but have all the source files and can resize if needed. Being able to design the plaque on site I felt confident your company would be able to recreate what I had in mind.

minus one star cause the custom design program is a little clunky. I wish I could tell it what size I want the font instead of having to size it by hand. it makes it hard to match sizes when doing multiple lines of words.
