I bought this to replace the one long gone from my father-in-laws 1969 grill. I held my breath as i assembled the new cart and finally placed the grill inside. It is a perfect fit, and so my father-in-laws old grill is resurrected; i call it "The Resurrection of Barney's Grill"; Barney was my father-in-law's name. A great product is timeless; thank you. R. the original grates were really poor, I understand marketing and how manufacturing claims to "want to keep the price down" but the difference in cost is nil when ordering the volumes you do and a long lasting product sits better than one that fizzles out in one season because of poor materials in the grates.

Expected these upgraded SS grates to be super thick and the cats meow. They weigh 12 lbs. Better than original but had much higher expectation. Bottom grate on second cook has sagged, c'mon PK, been making these for years, not everyone counts the annual cooks on their hand and you can do better.

Every thing was good until there was only 1 way to ship and it cost almost as much as the grate. As far as follow up I don't want any but I would hope you will look into cheaper shipping methods. Fedex is not my favorite shipping company they leave packages in extremely unique places all over my property. And it was a game of hid and seek which does not work well for me as I am handicapped and looking for a pkg is ridiculous. PK needs to find a different shipper.
