Problem with this product is quality control. You would think that all of these shelf brackets would be threaded the same, but no. Some of them threaded in and some wouldn’t. In other words, the length of the four brackets are very inconsistent. Also, the castings of the wall plate is so far off that some are pointing one way while others are pointed the other. I tried going to Home Depot to buy some new 1/2 inch parts but they aren’t threaded the same. I suggest you buy your pipe supplies from a manufacturer who actually pays attention to the product. This product sucks.

These heavy duty pipes are absolutely awesome. The look is just as I dreamed it would be. They are a little tricky to level but nothing concerning. The final result is beautiful and it has given me many ideas to continue my industrial look decoration around my cabin

These are just as described heavy and sturdy wall brackets. I used two for the shelf I installed and plan to use the other as long hat or purse or backpack hooks on the wall. It's 4/5 stars because the drywall screws work mostly. I had one screw really not hold well (maybe it didn't open as intended?) but luckily the other three screws can support the bracket. Remember to clean them before installing so you are less likely to see rusting.

These are heavier and more sturdy than I thought they would be which is great because it's going to take 4 to hold up one of my new kitchen shelves. Love the industrial look and feel of them. Very happy!

Love these pipes! Used them in a DIY project in our dining room. The package is cheaper than buying the parts individually from the hardware store. They arrived quickly and were easy to install. We will be ordering more for a couple of future projects. One note: The included instructions say to "push or tap" in the drywall screws. Don't do this! It just creates a loose hole. Instead pre drill a hole the size of the drywall screw minus the threads and then hand screw the drywall screw in.

Delivery was perfect exactly what I expect and the look the brackets is great! But the anchor bolts that are included aren't the most sturdy we installed them in our laundry room and quickly found that unless they were placed on the stud in the wall the bracket would easily move or wiggle. Overall I'm satisfied but just be aware when you install!

The product I received did not match the pictures of the item ordered. The face plates have China written on them and the caps have Thailand on them.

I bought them before and I fell in love so I ordered more and this time the cap has THAILAND engraved on it!!!! ( picture of the old cap next the one I ordered) I tried to contact the sellers with 2 emails and no response. If you read this please send me caps with that rubbish engraved on it!!!! Very disappointed

We thought by ordering these vs making them ourselves they would be finished and clean. They are not that's my only complaint. Good price but you could make these yourself from Lowes
