My line set insulation was a little crushed out of the box so I sent some pictures in. I wasn't sure how bad it was. The agent sent out a new set immediately. I love the product and will be installing another shortly. Very good service. I have some construction knowledge so the do it your self wasn't too bad.

Easy to install Instructions were easy to follow... I did have a professional havac person do the final connection..... because he had all the correct equipment
