My line set insulation was a little crushed out of the box so I sent some pictures in. I wasn't sure how bad it was. The agent sent out a new set immediately. I love the product and will be installing another shortly. Very good service. I have some construction knowledge so the do it your self wasn't too bad.

I’ve now got one of these for each of my 2 cottages. They’re reasonably priced, incredibly quiet, and both cool and heat nicely. I’m handy, so I installed them myself, then called an AC tech just to evacuate the lines and check for leaks. Very affordable!

Purchased to provide environmental control in a shipping container (reefer box). Excellent results. This is our third Pioneer mini split and first used other than a normal room unit. All have been excellent choices.

It's only been a few days since installation, but the 9K mini split is blowing nice cold air in our bedroom. You cannot tell it is on it is so quiet. Would highly recommend buying. This replaced a window ac/heater that was loud, ineffective, and inefficient.

I just love my mini split so much I brought another one for my cabin in the mountains. Fast service and helpful staff, they contacted me to verify the delivery address which I appreciated. I am very satisfied with the system...so easy to install with the right equipment and tools. Very quiet and cools down your room quickly but I like the price the most (smile)!
