We just completed a whole home remodel and needed new HVAC. We chose two Pioneer 18k units and were able to get rid of a utility closet that held the furnace. My office/game room is now bigger. So glad our contractor suggested these, and we can now adjust temp in two zones of our small house.

Our contractor recommended we go with Pioneer mini split systems, rather than replace and update a large gas furnace and AC unit when we were doing a whole home remodel. Not only were two Pioneer units way less expensive than the cost of a new old-style HVAC, they allowed us to remove a utility closet that held the old furnace and all the duct work freeing up much needed space in the floorplan (huge bonus in a small 1600 square foot house). Plus we now have two zones of temperature control making our house much more efficient. Everything came well packaged on one pallet and the inside units look really nice and unobtrusive. Haven't had them through the winter yet to see cost comparison, but based on the ratings and specs these should be way less than the rural propane delivery we have been using.

So far so good. This is in a commercial building in a break room for weekend workers when there is no A/C for them. Great comments from all who worked this past weekend when it was installed and on-line.

I have received them and installed them. I have installed 5 of them over the past 5 years. These are my favorite ones.

These units come with almost everything you need. They are supper quiet. I have installed 5 of these over the past 7 years. I am not an HVAC guy. I own rentals. They are easy to install, just follow the instructions. I do have a HVAC guy come out and vacuum them down to turn on. That cost me about $100. It's worth it to know they will last. The oldest one I have is still working great. These are my favorite.

Love this heat pump. I have this in a 720sf shop with spray foam and easily keeps it cool. Installation was super easy drew a vacuum and had it running. Has been going for about a month now.
