The install instructions need to be clarified and made into a clear "Step by Step" with some install videos. They seem too choppy and hard to follow.

I bought two units for my 1400 sq ft garage in Bullhead City, AZ which only has insulation in the ceiling. Today its 110 out and the garage is 80 as I set the temp to only get down to 80. Works great

Cosmetically a very nice looking unit, very quiet. Install isn't bad with two people pretty straight forward. These type of units are supposed to be pre charged so all you have to do is hook up and turn on. This unit came with 175 lbs of pressure and would not put out heat. Had no leaks, kept gauges on it for 3 hours and never lost a pound. Had to have a tech come and run a vacuum on it and charge it up to over 300+ psi and it worked. They are advertised pre charged ready to go but when you have to spend $300 on a tech add that to the cost of a unit I could have bought the unit my tech suggested that does come completely charged and ready to go. But the unit looks nice and it's working for now, only had it in for a couple days so we will see how it lasts.

This is a great unit so far. Only been installed for a week, but no issues. Easy install but not as quick as all the videos would have you believe. This is the quietest thing ever. Even the outside unit. If it weren’t blowing the grass sitting in front of it, you probably wouldn’t know it was on. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

This system is extremely quiet and the instructions were pretty clear to follow. Cold air comes out super cold and heat does well. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the set of vibration pads that go under the feet for the outdoor unit were not in the package.
