Shopping was easy. The unit took a bit longer than 2-3 days to get. It was like 2 weeks. It was well worth the wait and I totally understand the delay since its spring and the demand is high. I will purchase more units going forward.

Very satisfied working great hardly hear it run. You can in the room been keeping the room around 72 degrees but the unit says 76 degrees but works great. Have no complaints great unit.

The components were securely packed. The installation kit included everything I needed for the install. I can't believe how quiet both the inside and outside units are. I cannot even tell the fan is on at the low setting if not for feeling the heat coming from it. The auto louvre is a nice feature. I highly recommend this product.
