This is our fourth unit. Our entire house and the apartment next door all have been upgraded to Pioneer.

Mini split units are great. Pioneer customer service is great. The new tracking and shipping info provides timely information on delivery. Our only issue was with getting the delivery scheduled through the truck lines. Local dock is not very responsive.

I finally installed split ac. It works extremely well and is virtually silent when running. I had to put my hand up to be sure it was pushing air. I didn’t try the heat pump. My only complaints. I needed an adapter to evacuate system. I needed a pump and gauges to evacuate system and I needed special wall mount. All easily obtainable on amazon but should be explained better when purchasing. This is not an easy install your first time but doable with patience. Love it now that it is done.

Positives everything works great and is easy to find on Amazon and is very affordable. The install is more technical then it is made out to be and you will need to think everything through thoroughly. Great product

I'm excited that this equipment is made in the USA and I can't wait for it to arrive and get it installed. I've looked at many mini split systems, all of them are made in China. I was happy to be directed to Pioneer.
