It was easy to install and works great, at least for the first day. I cannot vouch for reliability or durability yet since I just installed it yesterday. But so far, it is looking great.

The boxes were all damaged on the outside unit and inside unit but no damage on the inside unit but small scratches on outside the unit only but no problem other then that the service is excellent I would recommend this unit to any one to purchase!!!

I am very satisfied with my split unit. My one concern is I purchased a unit too small for my needs. I would encourage buyers to properly assess the volume of the area they wish to control. In my case my workshop has high ceilings which I did not count on when determining the size of my unit. I would have gladly paid the additional cost of the next larger unit. With a purchase this important - a unit a little larger then needed is better than a unit a little smaller than needed. The extra cost would not have deterred me. Extra help in this area from Pioneer, a reference guide as to size needed - something along those lines would have benefited me. With that being said - overall I am very satisfied at this point.
