The adaptor is very well made and works well. When removing, make sure you disconnect the adaptor from the compressor before removing the gauge from the adaptor. I lost a little charge before I figured out the order.

All of the components seem to be well made and the system functions very well. This was my first time, but I didn't have any problems doing the installation myself. I haven't had a chance to see what the system will do to my electric bill. In operation, it is very quiet (we haven't had to turn the TV any louder). I don't know how the system is going to last, but at this point I would definitely buy another Pioneer split ac.

The only complaint I had was it was suppose to be delivered on the 17 of June took a day off to sign fir product and someone called at 5:48 to tell me it was coming on the 18th I told them I hit a email saying it was coming on the 17th

Good website. Easy to use and navigate. Easy to use HVAC calculator. It took two weeks to get the order pulled and on a truck. This seems a little long for an order that was in stock. Shipping was fast. Install was as expected and the unit performs better then expected.
