Need very heavy weights to slide in the side of this car to get it up to 5 ounces. I used your cutable weights and could not get there. Ended up having to glue two large coins to the bottom. Might want to consider drilling from the back to hold the weights.

Your decals are too fragile. Some came apart while trying to get off the paper. May need to be a little thicker.

Very good plans and easy to follow. I’d love to have a mirror image of the side view on the template. That would’ve helped an unskilled woodworker like me using just hand tools to build this car

Ran 3 cars and came in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th overall out of 86 using these and lathed BSA wheels. All conforming to rules. have won 2 1st overalls in previous years using these as well. a no brainer.

used to drill 2.5 degree axle hole. worked well but double check alignment of holes after tightening this tool to wood to assure everything is square before drilling.

For a wedge style body these work well. There is enough different weights to work in most situations. There is some variance in each weight so use a small scale to verify

I got this so I could angle my axles and it did its job with ease. My only knock was I had issues getting the tool snug on the car but its possible it was user error. Overall its easy to use and a great way to align your axles properly.
