Pilot Mall came from humble beginnings. Originally located in New Windsor, New York on Stewart Airport (KSWF), the first office was just 600 sq ft. In October 2005, the company moved to an 1,800 sq ft office and warehouse in Saint Petersburg, Florida on Albert Whitted Airport (KSPG). In 2013, the company relocated to a 6,000 sq ft warehouse and retail storefront on Lakeland Linder Airport (KLAL), home of the annual SUN 'n FUN Aerospace Expo. In 2021 Pilot Mall moved once more, to our current home in Cartersville, Georgia.

Seems easy enough and hassle-free. Hoping the delivery will be expedient and without problems, as some customer feedback seemed to mention slow shipping or damage to goods in the process.
Fast delivery, and even though the aircraft model was delicate and had some breakable parts, it arrived well-packaged and free of any damage....thank you!
I will be contacting customer service about the fact that the model doesn't stand on it's own three gear legs, but settles back on its tail, which is a bit disappointing as a demonstrator model. Yes, it did come with the stand, which was initially a tight fit into the pre-drilled holes in the belly, but I have worked with other very similar models that were not tail-heavy and could stand on their own wheels just fine. Seems that whoever made it should've included more weight on the nose area, similar to an engine's weight which gives an aircraft its stability.
