Ever since my son had a brief genetics lesson in the 5th grade, my son has blamed me, the mother for being color blind. This is a gift I have wanted to bestow on him for years. Pilestone made it possible!! The reasonable price does not mean less quality. My son can see moss on trees!! He can see the leaves laying on the grass.....Rust on a tin roof.....Thank you for making it possible to open his world

Giving the gift of seeing the full range of sight, it is the best gift ever. Pilestone made it possible. Dont be leary of the lower price compared to other brands. The glasses are good quality and most importantly, do what they are supposed to do!! My son, 24 years old, just had his whole world shift because of these glasses. He can see moss on trees, leaves on grass, and rust on a tin roof. He took a walk around town amazed by everything. Thank you so much for making this possible with great quality and reasonable pricing.

These glasses did improve my color vision a little but not what I was hoping for. Not good for indoors at all. I was hoping for better green to red separation but it didn't do that.

While the glasses did help with seeing additional colors, it did not significantly increase the color spectrum. Still not able to pass the online color test with the glasses on. Made some color combinations harder to decipher. The tint on the aviator glasses gave a redish hue to many colors that were previously decernable.

Website is user friendly. Online twst is helpful; however does not appear to have accurately determined appropriate level of color definciency.

My ex-husband loves these. He wears them instead of his sunglasses when he's outside, and says that even though it's currently winter and gloomy, some things really pop out to him that he never would've noticed before. Like green stoplights. He said they usually look like the regular white street lights, but now he can see the difference! Thank you so much!

When he received them, he took the colorblind test again and there were two numbers he couldn't see at all, so he was still rated as "mild deutan", but before that he was moderate, so there was definitely a huge improvement! Everyone is different, with different levels of colorblindness, ago just like with regular optic lenses, it would be impossible to correct everything without getting an exam and a prescription. I'm not even sure they do that with colorblindness.

My coworkers and I bought these for a coworker at work. Him and I have cooked together for a while and he misjudged the colors on his apple cake one day. It turned out to be hot pink but he thought it was a dark apple red. So we all pitched in and took the gamble to surprise him. They worked for him and it was an amazing day for all of us. I had hoped they would also work as good sunglasses for summer. They are adequate but not great as sunglasses. However, they are superb as glasses for the colorblind. I love them and would recommend them for colorblind people; especially red-green colorblindness.

I've used Pilestone before and enjoyed them. I have recently had cataract surgery and no longer need prescription lenses, so I'm trying these. They are great colorblind glasses at a reasonable price. I love them!

My other half cannot differentiate between red, brown, blue, and purples. While I do wish these were for indoor and outdoor use, they are fantastic for him outside.
