I think that you should let customers know in advance when the merchandise will arrive at your warehouse. In the past when I have ordered the long sleeve tops, I received them in a short time.

I placed my order 9 days ago and it still has not shipped. 9 days seems an excessive amount of time to process and ship an order considering you can only buy 1-2 items/day. There's a lot of cute stuff on this website, but if I have to wait a month to receive my order, I'll never buy from it again.
