The Instructor that I had was phenomenal, she is in the current field and made understand the correct ways to preform phlebotomy easy to comprehend.

I think that the students who were allowed to write things on their cover sheet and then allowed to look in their book and add things to it prior to the test should not have been allowed to take the test
Out of about 11 students only 3 did not cheat on this test
The instructor did not say anything to the students who did this
If their booklet had been removed from the tables and then they were allowed to take a few minutes to jot things down from memory that they wanted to be sure they would remember it would not have been an issue however they actually opened their booklet and wrote things on the blank paper that was handed to them prior to the start of the test and they were allowed to use it during the test
If this was going to be the case it should have been an open book test

I was enrolled in the two week evening class. I understand due to covid we were unable to bring in volunteers to practice drawing blood. However, having to get stuck with 4-6 needles every night for almost 2 weeks was painful and exhausting. I almost wanted to give up on the course because I was so bruised I didn't want to continue practice.
The instructor was professional and I felt did a good job teaching us how to draw blood. The test was quite different than the material we reviewed in class.

I enjoyed the training because it was interactive and interesting. We got to poke on each other which gives us a lot of practice before we go to work. I loved our instructor too.
