The instructor was highly professional, prepared us well for the written exam, and extremely patient in working with myself and others in the class one on one. The approach allowed for learning and safety, because, I was after all stabbing strangers with needles. It was a great class! I loved my time there and have already been able to utilize my new skillset at my place of employment with a self proclaimed "I'm difficult to get blood" from patient. Got the draw on the first attempt. Thank you!

I am so glad I did this. I'm middle aged and was nervous about going back to school or getting any kind of training after 35 years.
Patti was THE BEST Instructor could have had to begin my educational restart. She was excited and kept our class excited about what we were learning.
I will recommend the Training Specialists and am looking forward to get my EKG and IV certifications!

My experience was amazing overall the trainer Shannon was incredibly sweet, honest, and encouraging. She made sure we actually understood what she was teaching us and had no problems answering any questions we had. I did not expect to feel so comfortable drawing blood but Shannon gave us encouraging words and made us feel safe/comfortable doing everything.

I took the course with Mrs. Aisha, and Mrs. Aisha was super professional and super fun along with it! We all enjoyed her, and we all got along super well! Mrs. Aisha built each and every single students confidence level throughout the course and we ALL ended up very successful! I was super scared at the beginning but Mrs. Aisha took those fears away and made me feel better each day! Shes super sweet, loving, caring, and just the BEST instructor I have had! I highly recommend Mrs. Aisha, for she will BELIEVE IN YOU and go above and beyond for YOU! Mrs. Aisha excelled teaching us in lecture and in lab!!!!
