Buyer beware! Get Smart Products does not honor purchases you make with a guarantee that you will receive items that are not defective and will not refund when you receive defective products. You are left with the bill and unusable products, and receive rude emails, reprimanding their loyal customers that “Your claims have been excessive, reporting issues with every order.” YES, when I spend $1,000.00, I expect $1,000 worth of product which is free of defects. Even if I only order one album, I should receive one album free of defects. This company DOES NOT guarantee the items that they sell, UNLESS they are more expensive items. I am not just assuming this; I have been personally told this by a manager with this company. “As far as defects go, we normally do honor claims for defective items. We are not able to guarantee them to be scuff free or even free of very small tears on the spine. The standards you seem to be expecting can only be guaranteed on more expensive albums.” While not an ideal situation, I had continued to place orders totaling hundreds of dollars monthly, with Get Smart Products. After receiving my shipments, I would document each album which was received with tears, torn off covers or smudges and scuffs that you cannot see the cover clearly at all, file the claim for defective items and receive replacements. But recently I received a reprimand for requesting replacements on defective items and was told that they would no longer guarantee that I would receive albums in a usable condition UNLESS I purchase more expensive items. This review is AFTER I have spent days personally emailing and submitting a request with Get Smart Products help contact form, to which I received NO reply. I have no other recourse than to cover the losses myself, contact the BBB and work with my financial institution to get a charge back for defective items that will not be refunded or replaced by Get Smart Products. If you place an order, statistically your chances of receiving an album in good condition is fairly good. In an order of 100 albums, I receive about a quarter to a third of my purchase that is too defective to use. SO if you want one good one, order three. You will probably luck out. Me, not so much!

They had the product I was needing, however after years of being willing to make claims for defective items, I was told by a manager that I was making "excessive, reporting issues with every order" Yes, I unfortunately had quality issues with every order. Orders totaling hundreds of dollars, a month to thousands a year. So yes, I would like to be guaranteed that orders I place will be quality checked or at the least refunded. But they will "only be guaranteed on more expensive albums"
Product Choice
It was what I needed, but after hundreds of dollars of defective items and rude customer service, I have found another distributor for Pioneer albums who respect and stand by the items they sell. With Get Smart Product NO they do not. Even way back to when they went by Pfile. I have been a loyal customer providing my own quality assurance and being patient to receive replacements on defective items. Not any more after rude and reprimanding emails from Get Smart Managers, and no reply to their own "Contact us form"

The albums were loosely packed and the front covers did not fully reach over to the edges of the pages, leaving a somewhat shoddy appearance. Some of the plastic pages were wrinkled.

the photo album had top loading sleeves. that prevents tears.a picture of a mountain or a cat on front would be nice. the ones I had from Europe had a picture.on the front.

These 4x6 albums are perfect for a special family gathering. I have placed many family photos in them and will use them as favors at our gathering. I like the variety of colors of the album covers.

These albums have been difficult to find lately in the stores. I like to give them as gifts after events, filled with photos. They have been well received! Easier to look at a mini album then passing around an electronic device. A wonderful way to share memories of happy occasions! Thank you for making this fine product available!
