I have been buying this frame for a while for my business. Early on there were defects in the wood and glass but in the last year there have been no defects.

Saw marks on some of the frames

I like the frames, maybe a bit expensive but I am not buying in quantity. However, of the 12 frames that I bought there were 3-4 that had gashes in the forward-facing sides from saws.

The glass on one frame was broken in this last shipment but it wasn't worth the trouble to send the item back. Otherwise I usually get my items in good shape and the frames have gotten compliments at the street market where I sell my art.

Your website is easy to use. I wanted to order 24 frames but you were running low on what I wanted so I was only able to get 12. I will try again later.

I ordered 10 frames, so one box shipped was full and the second was only half full. Unfortunately, the partially full box came with one frame damaged, as the glass was shattered. Leave it to the shippers to test the fragile label. I had a spare piece, so I decided to Just accept it.

I ordered 16 of these frames for a photo art exhibit we are having at an office event. Frames are exactly as described and make the photo art look very good. Our art was already matted. One frame arrived broken. Contacted Live Chat Online and immediately someone was able to assist me with a replacement...and in time for our event. Great item for the cost, excellent customer service. I have used this site in the past and will continue to do so for future purchases.

The frame is nice, much better looking that the picture shown, definitely worth the money. The packaging is exceptional, frame arrived within a few days, faster than expected.
