Product is living up to expectations for what I needed/wanted. As of now it is hard to balance machine to go straight. I am hoping with a cart bag instead of carry bag will help. I would improve upper and lower strings used to wrap around cart and hold it in place. Use something that maybe adjust so you can get back held as tight as possible. I use an extra strap around middle section to hold bag in place. Overall 4/5 stars.

Easy to assemble, easy to operate, easy to fold/unfold, and great customer service. Not sure why you would buy from another company or a more expensive caddy
