Had a nut, bolt and plastic tube spacer fall off anti_tip wheels, nut was loose,( I didn't check it). I called support and got a nut and washers delivered asap. I had not realized there was one big and two small spacers. I week later I recieved the complete package without another request with axial, spacers and nuts and washers. I am very happy with service.
