We have a plant in Texas in the food industry and our offices get a lot of PDF's from corporate. This tool has helped save a bunch of time and get our docs over into Excel with ease. We would recommend this product and have had a very positive experience.

Using 5 copies thus far and have had a very friendly experience. Depending on our conversions this month we are interested in purchasing additional licenses for many of our internal users. Some of the outside software we are using is a great fit for conversions!

After downloading my free copy of the PDF2XL Basic product and converting several different PDF files, I was pleased with how easy the product was to use. I had a few questions about the product licenses & support, and Colleen with Sales answered every question in a very timely and professional manner. I look forward to using this software to help me save time with PDF files I need to convert to Excel.

Customer service is second to none! The PDF Converter works great! If you need to convert PDF to Excel you have found the best there is.

I needed a tool that would make excel spreadsheets from PDF at short notice over a weekend. I used the trial and found it very fast, easy to use, and accurate. I liked particularly the split view to show the output before converting. It helped me tremendously so I purchased the full version. The only down side was that there was a 5 min delay between purchasing and being able to activate the software. I was worried as I thought I would have to wait until Monday but customer support replied within minutes. The tool for me out of an awkward situation and I'm sure I will be using it regularly I future. Many thanks. Gary

The product is great! the only thing I found lacking was a "how to use guide". However, the support desk is very helpful with problem resolution.

I love PDF2XL! I use it several times a day ... don't know how I survived without it! This product was recommended to me by an insurance consultant, and I pass the word as often as I can. I have reports and statements that are emailed to me in PDF format, but I need them in Excel format to be able to work with the data. This makes the job a snap!!

Perfect use of technology both for remote and the specific use case

CogniView's product does exactly what I need it to do, and does it very easily. What I am most impressed with is the service. My PC had a virus and had to be wiped, which removed CogniView. When I explained the situation, the response could not have been quicker. The product was immediately sent again and the gentleman on the line stayed on the phone to verify that it was working exactly as before. I greatly appreciated the service.

This is a company with extraordinary customer service and a product to match it. After an exhaustive search to find a cost effective, yet powerful enough, OCR package, I came across the offerings from CogniView, particularly the Enterprise edition of PDF2XL. I can confirm that, scanning, parsing and migration of table data into Excel is as easy as it advertised and demonstrated on their website. There are many other tools in this software package that make the handling of bank and credit card statements so much easer. You can merge column data that is not any particular analytical interest, but that must be maintained in the record for auditing purposes. You can also, combine multiple lines of this data into the same row so that you get single sortable records in Excel for each transaction. There is a verification tool also that only bothers you with a few marginal cases where scan accuracy is at issue due to graphical 'noise' from the scanned image; e.g., sometimes a "O" and a "D" or "0" look the same. I am sure there is more here to be explored as I continue to use this program.
