Excellent customer service extremely fast shipping and like I said in my previous comments, some of the medals are hit or miss. In this case I got one of Jesus was elegant thorns surrounding his picture however, the back of the metal was supposed to be the virgin of Mount Carmel, but unless you're very devout, you will not be able to make anything out of it
