I was shipped the wrong product. When I emailed to get it corrected, Gary responded that he would check with the warehouse. I didn't hear anything for 5 days, so I called to follow up. Gary told me that the product sent to me should "still work" for my event and I disagreed. He said they were having quality problems with the item I actually wanted, but he would check the warehouse. I emailed him again asking for a refund for the difference in cost between what was ordered and what was sent if he wasn't able to fulfill the original order. I never heard back. This company stole $62.36 from me.

I was able to order something, a year ago I ordered a Mardi Gras light up necklace, and I never got it, I was very disappointed, the necklace had fleur delves that lit up, and at the bottom of the necklace, was a round medallion with a fleur Delors that also lit up, I would like to know what happened to it! Every time I call the phone number to inquire about the necklace, I get someone on the phone that I can barely understand, he says the necklace is tied up at customers, every time I call. Can you please look into this? I hope I don't have the same problem with the necklace I just ordered! Why don you advertise on face book anymore? Do you only have one style of Mardi Gras light up necklace?

My table cloth that I ordered was not in stock. Nobody called to tell me so after a week or so I called myself. I ask for refund then he said he would but I never got my refund.

We loved the Party Hats, they were a big hit at my daughter's wedding! We ordered 60 hats and 2 of them did not work. But the majority worked very well. We had fun dancing with them!
