Purchased wrong part first. Reordered the correct part. fast shipping on both orders. Problem is , I sent three emails for a return form, for the first one. finally got it after the second order was received. When I opened the box for the correct one, it looks like it has been used. all the installation parts are missing, it is dirty , got a dirty thumb print on it , and the box looks like it has been used . sent them an email for this one. have heard nothing. I will not buy from them again..

Customer service is useless. Can not speak to a person. Had problems and took three emails to get to get a return form for a mistake I made. I reordered the correct part , when it arrived it looks as if it is used. Sent email for return forms , and have heard nothing from them again. Will not use them anymore.

Old haybine reel bearing, Parts Hawk had it for 1/6 the price of others. Between the price and delivery speed I was suspicious! LOL. But the part was in stock, shipped fast, and is the right one. It even included the locking collar that local dealers charged extra for. Very pleased. It's only one part, but indicates good internal organization from buyers, web sales, to warehouse handling. Will look to Parts Hawk for our parts needs in the future.

I have replaced many seats on other vehicles for our company. The technicians like the comfort of a new seat especially in a truck we may keep for 1-2 more years. It has helped in resale of the vehicle, a new seat looks impressive in a vehicle with 180k.

Options are limited for those with Rebels/Warlocks as far as front bumpers go. The Lite bumper by ADD has to be one of the best deals in that space. Installation was easy enough, though not the easiest. Comes with every light mount imaginable to make sure you can run anything from pods to 10-40" straight or radiused light bars. Only real complaint is one of the skid plate bolts is not included with the installation kit, and there were no installation instructions in the box.

Finding my part and ordering was easy. Unfortunately I really needed to know the estimated ship date and I have not received that yet. The part was "in-stock". This could result in my cancelling the order if it takes too long. Also there was no option to expedite the shipment.
