SUPER fast shipping, but the order screen had no ETA on the shipping date. I almost ordered from another website that had a shipping ETA and a higher price for the item. Im glad I went with you all, but I did have to send an email to confirm ETA shipping, which was kind of a hassle.

Initial order was with partshawk. There was a problem with cruise control not working after professional installation and contacting Dorman. After a walk thru with Dorman customer care I was advised to send email partshawk for defective or faulty part for replacement. Partshawk has no real person you can talk to, and advises to send email and someone will respond within 24hours. 5 days later only self generated email for receipt status of the parts you ordered, with a explanation at bottom if you delete email you lose ability to confirm receipt or offer feedback. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, no matter how much money you save! No return email after lengthy explanation of faulty part.
