This site is not very friendly. I have ordered over 100 times from this site. The comments section doesn't work correctly, I use it to enter a PO# which the programmers ignored. It changes after submitting payment and it is unforgiving if you want to back up or edit.

I had purchased a replacement motherboard for my dell laptop. I did not notice that the replacement was a different generation than my original. I chatted today with Mike T, and we did troubleshooting on my laptop (with the replacement MB) as to why my memory was not working. The service was great, and the correct memory was identified. Best customer service anywhere. I am ordering the correct memory for my laptop. Wouldn't purchase it anywhere else!
