The tracking service could be improved. Each time I attempted to track the parcel, the response was 'invalid number'.
The tracking number supplied was invalid on UPS and AustPost.

However the purchase was let down by AustPost ... they took 7 days to make the delivery, as I believe my purchase reached them on 8/1/19 and did not get delivered until today Tues 15/1/19!
