I love this particular style and brand of boots. I was disappointed that the local footwear retailer stopped carrying this brand. Fortunately I was able to purchase a pair online from Overlook. The price was good and the shipping was fast. These boots are comfortable, have great grip, and are waterproof. I am up and down ladders all day and in and out of pits with water and sewage. Solid footwear is a must and these are it!

This review is for Overlook not the boots. The boot did not match the description provided there are no metatarsal guards. Customer service did not respond to my emails. I had to send the boots back at my expense. I've never had this bad of service before.

In my opinion, there are two things that don't make this product a "great boot." The sole underneath the ball of the toes does not have any flex whatsoever. Makes you walk awkward, and if you are in a job that requires a lot of walking, then these are not a good selection. Second thing is the toe protection. Unless you have spaghetti toes, these will work for you. My toes are normal or medium size and width, and barely have any room to wiggle them.

I have had these boots in steel toe version several years ago but they quit making them. They lasted l very long time for every day work boots. They are comfortable right out of the box. A little stiff but very easily broken in. Love them. That’s why I bought this version without steel toe for a good pair of hunting boots!

Price was very good, had an issue with the wrong boots showing up at my door. After several calls and emails the issue was taken care of. Although customer service being slow to respond, when they did everything was taken care of and handled professionally!

My husband has worn a pair of Hellcat 8"Soft toe work boots W200065, for 2 years. He needs a new pair because I wear these every day in landscape work. they are comfortable and a rugged boot. Please notify me when these are available. USA size 9 medium.

My wife bought me a pair, and after about a month wearing them the steel toe started rubbing my foot raw. Told them about it and said they couldn't do anything cause 30 days past by, wtf never again the first pair I bought the whole sole came off. Thought maybe was defective, so my wife bought me a pair.

I never received the product they send me some other boot it didn't look nothing like it I called customer service about refunding me my shipping and credit to my credit card gave me the runaround and never received it as a today was not happy honestly was pretty upset about the whole thing. I would not shop with them again

Got these boots because of previous experience with Matterhorn boots while in the military. They are very comfortable, and the toe box is really roomy. Definitely will be buying again!

You have the boots that I want at the best price. So far so good. Update. The boots did not ship when I was told they would. I tried calling multiple times but didn't get an answer. I email several times without a response. Finally they did answer the phone and the gentleman was very nice and told me he had to order my boots from the manufacturer that's the reason for the delay. Just would have been nice to email me that info.

Most comfortable work boots I’ve owned, but I honestly got less than 3 months out of them. So disappointed. I bought a pair of Megatar boots now, and they aren’t even close to as comfortable, but they don’t even have the slightest hole or leak after almost a year.

Love the boots! Would buy again, but NOT from Overlook! Original purchase boots were on sale, and I needed to make an exchange for size. Ended up costing OVER $100 MORE to do so. I had to pay the difference/ full price, I had to pay shipping when company said return shipping was free, + a restocking fee even after the man I spoke with said I wouldn't be charged. Have sent several emails to address the problem, NO ONE WILL ANSWER MY EMAIL.
