very quick and easy, i will purchase from them again, did have an issue with FedEx and their delivery methods, it was more or less when it was convenient for them to deliver my package, i hope in the future Overlookboots.com thinks about using a different carrier for their product deliveries, my product from Overlookboots.com was top notch, thank you again
