I placed an order on October 22nd. Waited the the 10 to 15 days as stated in the email. No order or no email. Waited a bit longer and sent an email. Took two days to respond. My husband called and was left on hold. Email stated that wait 5 to 8 more days for the order to be shipped. I have been tracking the shipment and it still says it is in China! Now we are going on a month for my order! I understand that things may come up but no emails for why my order is delayed is very frustrating. Will not do business again.

I have filled out this message once before and no one seemed to have cared enough to reply to my problem. I was promised that I would have all the three handles for the 30 oz tumblers by Dec 16th for the our Christmas with our family from out of state. Today is the 19th and haven't seen them yet. I would also like to cancel the metal straws
that I ordered for our tumblers as I talked with Yeti company this morning and they do not recommend them because they may puncture the vacuum seal.
