Continually have issues with the program locking up, not recording answers. Since starting the course I have had to retake one test twice and have to take another for the third time.

This website is subcontracted with Summit - one of the authorized OSHA trainers. The training received is through Summit so this is 100% legitimate, believe it or not. I bought this for course for $99 while it is $150+ at the cheapest authorized retailers listed on OSHA's website. In addition to the low price, I also was given the option between 2 free courses. All in all it is a very good deal.

I like the product but the connection to Summit is glitchy and I routinely have to shut it down and restart. Aside from the minor annoyance, it is a good product overall. I am having ongoing issues with the Active Shooter free course. After finishing the course, clicking "Begin the Exam" shuts the page down and somehow counts the course as Complete. So now it reads "View Certificate" but when I click it, it takes me back to the course. So it would be good to troubleshoot that. If you would like me to review any other courses or products, let me know. I tend to have a knack for finding issues.

It’s very hard to navigate. The test are difficult and you must get a 70 or better. Only with 3 chances or you start whole program over.
