I ordered this office chair from Staples, but it was damaged in shipping then they had delivery problems and kept pushing out the date I'd receive it. I got fed up, cancelled my order and found the identical chair online from OnTime Supplies for $20 less. I ordered it and had it the next day -- even faster than promised. No damage in shipping, fast delay, cheaper price, no hassles.

It is really not a great deal but you always ship on time and complete. Not sure if you will ever offer a price match guarantee, but our regular supplier, Sam's Club, sells this product at $.30 each individual cup versus your price $.6075 per cup. We are a children's charity and distribute this product to hungry kids every week, so every penny counts. Thank you.
