I can't say enough about my positive experience with Online Candidate. After receiving several high-priced bids for a campaign website, I found Online Candidate and was immediately impressed with their options and pricing. I contacted them with a few clarification questions, and Carol was responsive and helpful. I chose the Enhanced Package and not only did Carol set up the website quickly, but she had several pointers in how best to word sections to drive traffic to my website. I love that Carol did the entire initial build of my website with back-and-forth input from me, and then the ongoing management of the website was handed over to me to control. Even after that, Carol was always available to help or answer questions throughout my campaign.

Online Candidate has been responsive and easy to use even for a non-techie person like me. I am very satisfied with the final result and with the quick responses to my requests for changes and updates. I thought the website was very well built out (thorough) and user friendly. Easy to navigate, with lots of good user assistance prompts. I had a small issue with billing and got a response right away. Also it was easy to cancel when we no longer needed the site. I would absolutely use this website again or recommend it to others and I don't have any suggestions for improvement.

We tried to set up a website by ourselves, and shortly gave up. We worked directly with Carol and she created a website that was just right for our needs (a political office seeking website). When we needed to add information Carol again walked us through the process and we were able to do it from then on.

If you are planning to start a campaign do not get started without adding Online Candidate to your arsenal. The website templates are very user friendly if you get "stuck" they are readily available to help you out. They can take a novice and make the work product look like a professional web design. We totally anticipate working with them to maintain the site if the run is successful.

Thank you for your amazing platform! Our Political Action Commitee needed to reach the rural members of our county, as our funding levy was created to ensure free library services instead of paying for a library card if one lived in an unincorporated area. We won our vote by an impressive margin (over 5000 yes, to under 2000 no)! As the co-chairperson of this committee, I suggested that we try this platform, and I am delighted by how effective it was. With the fund-raising platform, we brought in more funds than we needed! This program is essentially a custom website solution in a box. It is fairly easy to learn and allows you to publish or hide each page as you are ready. The best feature is they can facilitate an online donation page which makes it convenient for people to donate, and then the money is deposited in your bank account (you do not need to have your own merchant account). The customer service is excellent; it is apparent that they want you happy and successful.
