I want to highly commend your salesman Stephen Bigger. He is EXCEPTIONAL!!

I've been with GoTrack since 2013 and have had problems with them several times. This last time was ridiculous and I went out to find a different company. LUCKILY, I came across your company. After talking to Stephen, he was so professional, knowledgeable, personable, and answered all of my questions, I decided to buy 3 units and tryout your system. I ran into some problems and called back Stephen. He was prompt in answering my call, and helped me figure out things. When he couldn't answer 1 question, he immediately got me to your tech department. I spoke with a lady who walked me through some procedures, and after looking at everything and using it for about a week, our company decided to bring our entire business to your company, which is 14 units.

From one business owner to another, you have an outstanding individual that shows that he really cares about his clients and that is hard to find. I will tell EVERYONE about Stephen and your company. Thank you for having such an amazing employee!!!

On point not a problem at all.

Great service, works when needed and quick responses if I have any issues.

Great customer service. Offers about all the same features as the other devices at a much better price. Easy device installation and fast setup. Stays up to the minute. The interface could be a little bit easier to understand, but works well and provides lots of data.

I was very impressed with the response time and patience. My concerns were easily resolved. I just needed instructions o how to use the system and realized after the call how easy it was.

I have been extremely pleased with both the product and the service from One Step. Tim was so helpful and patient and had unbelievable follow up. Thank you so much!
