Did not realize it would rust. This is going to be a problem.

We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the patina/rusting, which is the way that the natural steel reacts naturally to the rain/moisture/humidity in an outside environment. We refer to this as the Patina Process and try to do our best inform customers of this on our website and with the paperwork included in all of our Fire Pits.

Very happy to have found Ohio Flame. I was searching for
"Made in USA" with materials from USA. Your products are beautiful. BUT my small complaint is this. Ohio Flame sent a text message on March 1st (I saved it) saying the fire pit had been shipped and gave a FedEx number. I became confused when first FedEx said it would be delivered the next day and then said they didn't even have the box. Ohio Flame delivered the box to FedEx on March 7th. I wish Ohio Flame had not sent the March 1st text message saying "Your order...has been shipped." The fire pit was a present for my son, so I was more concerned about delivery.
