I ordered two of these light shades. One arrived broken (no fault of the store, that happens when glass gets shipped sometimes no matter how well packed). They were easy to contact, quick to respond, and very helpful. A replacement arrived within a few days. Overall products are great, shipping was fast, customer service quick and friendly. Highly recommended.

I had two 1968 Grundig console stereos refurbished, and the interior 15 watt incandescent lightbulbs in the phonograph compartment of both consoles were burned out. I took the bulbs to three different national chain stores to get replacements, and all three stores did not carry these bulbs, and they had no idea where I could find any. I entered the info on the brass base into an online search and found a few online dealers, who carried them. OhBulbs.com had the right bulbs with the right shape of the glass, the best pricing, and accepted PayPal, which is my preferred method of payment. Also, I purchased four bulbs instead of a case, as a couple of other providers required.

I chose OhBulbs because PayPal is accepted, which makes the ordering process very quick and easy. Also, OhBulbs had the best pricing, the correct shape of glass, and allowed me to purchase four bulbs instead a case of 25 bulbs as a couple of other providers required. Delivery was within three days.

I have 7 cans of this type and I have one that continually failed. Three times to be exact. I recently bought four replacements so I have some on hand. I have had 2 lights go bad and one box go bad on the same can. I am suspicious that the box has been the issue the entire time. Kind of defeats the purpose of buying LED when the issue is with the board that precedes the light.

Actually I was contacted by customer service (Judy Heskel) to inform me that inventory of the Halco lamp was down to one bulb and would substitute Bulbrites to complete the order if it was ok with me. It was, and is, and I'll probably be ordering more! Thank you, John Teasley
