I ordered two bulbs. Only one arrived in working condition. On the second one the end was broken and the piece with the prongs was not attached correctly. The bulbs were packaged well so I'm not sure how that could have happend. Bulbs were cheap, the cheapest place I've found by far, so I didn't contact the company. I didn't want to be bothered returning a four foot bulb. I'll still order from here as shipping was fast and bulbs were cheap

Shipping was fast! Bulbs were very cheap, the cheapest I've found. One arrived broken though. I'll still be a repeat customer since the price of the bulbs was so amazing
