The reason why I am giving one stars is I have yet to receive my order I was told that it would be here yesterday it is not here because you choose to use UPS who hire people who cannot read who keep telling me they do not have my correct address if I did not live here I would have not have given it as my address so therefore I've not gotten my order and now I'm going to have to contact my bank to put a stop payment or to get you for fraud because you cannot keep my money and not give me my product I am extremely disappointed this is my first time shopping with this company and I guarantee you it will be my last

DO NOT ORDER THESE! THEY DON'T WORK!!!!! It is 12:10am and I had to open the front door to try and get the odor out with fans. This was a waste of money and won't receive a full refund because I have to pay to ship them back.
