The workers that I dealt with were very good. However, I was disappointed about what was included in our contract and what wasn't included (freon and finding a leak)

The workers arrived within the time frame given and were polite. Each introduced himself and gave me his name . Both did a wonderful job and cleaned up the work area. I am pleased with their performance at my home. Thank you

I had to have my heat, AC & hot water heater replaced. Shawn and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the products they were installing. It was a long day for them, but they stayed until it was done. I have never had a contractor in my house that was as neat & clean as Shawn and his team. You would have never known they were there. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Person who did service was polite , professional and prompt. In short did his job very well. My issues ,if any, are with people who set appts for me. One year ,I called in Feb. to set appt. ad was told call back in May. When I called back in May , earliest appt. was end of August.? Seems odd.
