“Great seller
Great seller! I would highly recommend this seller. Good communication, easy to contact if needed, U.S. based company. Ordered a Ninebot E+ which arrived very quickly with free shipping. This was right before Christmas. Being too busy with the holidays, it was about 4 days later, right before New Years, that I finally got a chance to check out the new Ninebot. I had taken everything out of the shipping boxes and visually inspected it but not a thorough examination. The boxes had no signs of mishandling, so it looked like all was okay. The tire was not inflated, so I watched some YouTube videos to make sure on how to do it. After removing the light ring to gain access to the window to inflate the tire, I found that the inner case panel had a crack, split on both sides of the access window. I contacted Ninebot U.S. support via their email, and sent them pictures, the New Egg invoice, and a description of what I had found. Again this was during the holidays when most companies are either closed, or very under staffed. I was able to call and talk to Al and he took care of the problem immediately. It was something he had never seen before and I agreed that it was odd because there was no signs of damage to the outer cover that would point to how it was cracked/split. He said they would send me a new one once it had been removed from the box and examined to make sure it was good. The next day I received an email with an RA to return the defective one, and a tracking number for the new replacement. I would like to add that there was a few times when I tried to reach them by phone and it went to voice mail, but if you have some patients, and work with people, you will usually have a good outcome. Having said all of this I would like to thank Al, and Ninebot U.S. for a very good experience overall. Again, patients and common sense goes a long way. Ninebot U.S. You Guys Rock!! Great job!”
