I purchased two hearing aids. One was the x2000 and the digital CIC also the protection plan. I am not asking for a refund but please cancel the protection plan. I am glad some people are having luck but me no. I could not even get the bulbs on the CIC. Trying to adjust the x2000 was impossible. I just do not want any more connection with NANO I lost about 700.00which is hard on a fixed income. My stupidity my mistake.

These hearing aids are too loud. Customer service tried to help me "reset" the hearing aids, but although I followed the instructions, nothing helped. I feel I have given them a good trial, but I don't feel I should have to pay $79 to get them checked, because I originally called them before the 45 days were up. I was told by the customer service representative that this was to first time he had ever heard of them being too loud.

These hearing aids are too loud. I have moderate to severe hearing loss - confirmed by an audiologist. I cannot turn these down enough. I am a little confused. An advertisement for Nano said they had some sort of warranty for a year. I was told by customer service that it would cost me $79 to have them checked to make sure they were working properly. I really wanted to like these and have tried to wear them religiously.

I'm still trying to get used to them, anything that I buy I give it about 6 months to a year before I decide if I like a product. Like, my glasses I got 7 months ago I'm still deciding if I like them. Buying the nano hearing aids were a smooth process online.

Having trouble getting the hearing aids to fit in my ears. Not sure that they really help, or if I don't have them in correctly so they aren't working - will keep trying.

Good deal on good hearing aids! We got a great deal on a pair of these aids. Super bowl Sunday special offer allowed us to purchase a pair of the Nano X2 aids for a greatly reduced price and so glad we did. The aids work great, not as loud as we like, but my wife has a severe hearing loss on both ears, so these do really help.

Bought these on the two for one sale. Light weight, comfortable and as good as my previous behind the ear I bought at Costco for twice as much . The charger is a little finicky but does do the job.

I haven't tried them yet. Everything is so tiny I don't think I can insert the batteries. Also, I am slightly afraid to put them in my ears for fear of not being able to get them back out completely. I think maybe I should go to an audiologist and see what he has to say.

I am a 80 + Year old Male who has been wearing Hearing Aids on and off for years . For reasons I don't understand I just have never felt comfortable with Hearing Aids even after consulting numerous Hearing Aid
