First time shopping. Online ordering and browsing was easy and pleasant. It is my opinion that the price was expensive for the size of heating pad and what it does -so far. The heat does reach a little deeper than that of a regular heating pad. It didn't really relieve my pain very much, but it also didn't aggravate the pain or symptoms either. It only has one setting. Stretching provided with better relief. I will keep the product however, since it is good to have a heating pad at home and it does seem better put together than the average heating pad.
