Thank you so much for taking the time to note on your experience shopping with us! So sorry for any confusion here! We do actually state on our website that we ship at the beginning of each month. After you place an order, your order confirmation email details more explicitly the exact date that your first teabox will be shipped, according to when you signed up. That said, if you do need any adjustments to the shipping schedule (such as, if you order now, but don't want your first teabox to go out with December's shipment, and would rather it go out with January's shipment) then you can simply send us an email, and we are happy to make that adjustment :-)
