The care, concern and the professionalism Richard Jones and his staff showed my husband and I was excellent. He was attentive even after several trips to my home to where I felt comfortable making the right decision for the love of my home. I went back couple months later to purchase my new kitchen flooring! Thank you

The quality of the product and the installation was great. The installers gave us additional care suggestions to improve the life of our flooring. Before they even started, they took 2 Hours to fix my pre- existing squeaks. Great experience overall.

Your sales rep, Sam Sam showed us multiple samples and grades of carpet which made our decision easy. We used him twice doing multiple rooms. In addition, our daughter used him and your company for the carpeting on their entire 2nd floor.
During installation of our step runner the installer noticed that it wasn't sewn correctly and was running at an angle. He stopped the installation and reordered a replacement that was available in only a couple of days.

I am completely satisfied with the quality of carpet and the professionalism of the associates that installed it. However, I am still disappointed in the cost of product and installation. I cancelled part of my flooring order and was very suprised with the bottom line cost. Because of this, I won't use them for future projects.
