I just recently purchased and installed the mount and really impressed with the quality and design. I have installed inside the house and left off the top stopper so the hook can be removed when not needed. I really like the small increments the hook is able to adjust to accommodate different types of exercises.

The Space Saver Gym did exactly as advertised. I was able to mount it to a wall in my basement and get a great workout plus it takes up very little space. I also like the ability to slide the car up and down quickly to take advantage of various angles.
