I already owned a set of X-over resistance bands and needed a set up to mount to the wall for multipurpose and efficient workout routines. These worked perfectly for us. Directions and set complete, easy to mount, very sturdy and well build. The slim mount was perfect for our home gym. Very happy with the purchase!

Great price and easy to install. The rail, once mounted to a wall stud, is very solid and secure, surprisingly. Perhaps it’s the 18 2” wall screws that help, haha. I figured out that you shouldn’t over tighten the mounting screws since this interferes with the hook glide along the rails, making the base of the sliding hook cut into the drywall. Ease up slightly from a full screw tightening and the movable hook glides smoother. My issue was the locking button on the hook. It barely secures into the hole of whatever level you desire. You have to find the sweet spot before it holds in place. 6 months later, my latch hook broke free from the latch hole but remained on the rail. All from a resistance band. The rail hole lock design is very flimsy and loose with no way to adjust.

So far the product is working out. Other reviews mention using a washer. I also recommend that as well. You will save your wall. Might want to include them in the package. I thought there was a workout sheet with the bands. I did not receive one. Would be helpful. Or have one on the site to download.

This thing is awesome. I measured my wall wrong and didn’t put it in the place that I intended but because it slides in the track it doesn’t even matter. This took my tiny home gym to a whole new level.

Great product, quality and it makes the exercise transitions so much easier. You have to be super accurate and have a flat surface to line up the two rails. I installed it directly to a concrete block wall vs. a wood board and as accurate as i was lining the rails up, it was hard to get it right to transition the rail up and down over the connection. It's working (using a little force) but i think they could make it better if they had some way to make the rails connectable before mounting. But overall i am super happy with the product.

Product work very well and with a couple small washers underneath the board I mounted it too, it slides up and down with no issues. If you have any issues with it not sliding up or down easy it's because it rubbing against the wall. I used a few 5/16 Flat washers on the parts that were binding to lift it up off the wall a little. They don't interfere with Rail Unit sliding up and down.
