We use the speed ladder for base running and fielding agility for our U16 softball team. This product is very durable and the price allowed us to buy 4 so we can train more girls at the same time.

Ladder training really helps with foot work and technique. As a speed trainer I use the ladder to help,out with balance and quick feet movements. My goal is to help each student to become more athletic and the ladder really helps you become that?

Not bad for the price, I've had some agility ladders where the rungs weighed a little more, but for the price you can't beat it.

I really needed/wanted an agility ladder, but I didn't wanna pay above and beyond an appropriate price. Luckily I found this one for a very good price and it's not piece of crap whatsoever. I'm sure there are ones out there that are all fancy n such but this is all I needed and I'm very pleased. Checkout was easy and fast and so was the shipping n such. I think I would definitely come back!

I've needed an agility ladder for a while, and finally ordered this one. I made every one of my clients train on it the day it came in. They were all pleasantly surprised at the intensity they were able to reach on this apparatus. But, I think the best point is that they all had FUN!
