we received the package last week, my daughter practiced her toe touches and kicks for about 5 min. then did a toe touch with it disconnected. She comes running into my room screaming, "Wow, it REALLY DOES make you feel light as a feather!!!" Her jumps were higher at practice this week too. The coach for the All Stars squad she just joined is interested in ordering them for the whole gym.

I've been on my HS Varsity Cheer team for 2 years, and it's going to be 3 soon. I've never cheered before when I first started my freshman year but my jumps improved a lot since I worked so hard on them. I can honestly say I have really good jumps, (most girls say I have the best jumps) but I am still WAY excited to receive my combo. I ordered on May 31st and still haven't received them ( it's only been 4 days) so it's okay. I am just too excited for them to come in. I see nothing but good comments and rated as 5 stars so these must be great! Cheer season is off all June so I will definitely be working hard all June to surprise my coaches and the girls when we meet back up in July. My jumps are already good so I can't wait to see what they will look like after using the bands!

I ordered the cheer combo this week and got it in the SAME week! I was a little reluctant about it because I hadn't heard anything about this product!I just put on the kinetic bands and I IMMEDATELY started getting results. My mom and sister didn't believe it so they tried it as well, they were stunned!!! I am SURE that I will make the cheer team, my jumps are already a lot higher. I am working with a HS cheer squad this year and many are weak on their jumps. This product is helping them, plus they were excited when I introduced it to them. This is an outstanding product! I was looking for something that would help improve my jumps for cheerleading so that I don't embarrass myself on my cheer team for having such low jumps. I've had these for about a month now and have used them at least once a week and I've seen a great improvement in my jumps! The resistance bands create great muscle memory to make your legs go soaring into the sky when you unhook the bands! I was afraid that it would only make my jumps higher when I practiced with the bands but that is not the case! If you go watch the cheerleading training videos they have it really helps strengthen your muscles in the right places to make your jumps incredible over time! :) Love this product and highly recommend it!

I can easily say that I feel like they're the safest, quickest and least intrusive way to increase the height of the girls' toe touches that I have ever found. I have been searching for 24 years of cheer coaching (I worked 5 years with UCA/Varsity as well) to find something that I thought would "work" to help them, and I really believe that this is a great product.

Ok, so I use to cheer my freshman year of high school an I was really good and it's now been three years since i cheered and can honestly say my toe touches barley got off the ground. That's why I purchased this and can honestly say I just got it today and am already seeing an improvement in my jumps. It is absolutely a must have!! I love it

i purchased my cheer combo kinetic bands early july. i got immediate comfirmation and recieved my bands within 3 days (fastest shipping i know in a standard shipping process).i've been cheering since i was 8 years old i'm now 17 my jumps aren't bad but i took a year off to focus on school. with that being said i had to get back in the game. i needed to control my landing and get higher so i tried the bands and i immediately saw results. my jumps were higher and my landing was way better, this result was recieved after only a day of usage. i give kinetic bands an A+! if you haven't got yours don't waste anymore time get them now!
